What we collect
The answers you give in the eligibility check (including funding amount, purpose, company details and turnover), your name, email, phone number, home postcode/address and date of birth, publicly available Companies House data about your company, and technical data such as your IP address, device/browser information and marketing campaign identifiers (e.g. fbclid, gclid, UTM tags).
How we use it & who we share it with
We use your details to assess your enquiry and pass it to our selected finance partners so they can contact you about business funding options. We rely on your consent (given when you submit the form) for this and for contact by phone, email and SMS. List every partner / category of recipient here before going live.
Credit searches
We do not carry out credit searches. Partners we introduce you to may carry out a soft search when assessing your options, which does not affect your credit score. A full credit search is only made if you proceed with an application, and the lender will tell you first.
Your rights
